I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room design was smart, making great use of space, and it felt modern and bright. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff always ready to help. The location was perfect for my needs in Lancaster, very central and convenient. While the dining options were a bit lacking, the overall experience was great.

The rooms were somewhat clean but felt a bit dated, more like a storage closet than a cozy room. The service was very professional and accommodating, especially the staff coming down to assist with small store purchases. However, the dining experience was lacking with poor options and a cramped layout.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with essential amenities, but the layout made it a bit challenging for family members with disabilities and elders. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely nice and polite throughout my stay, even when my husband lost his key. Despite minor drawbacks, I enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel.
